They didn’t even last a week!! The nails started lifting on the THIRD day! I had to glue 4 nails starting on day 3!! As soon as I had the chance, on the 7th day, I went back to have them fixed, and they only fixed one because it had just broken. As I was leaving the salon, another one broke!! The staff was friendly and polite, I didn’t have to wait long at all (on what I assumed would be a busy night), and the pricing was average to what you’d pay anywhere these days. It was an enjoyable experience with a clean space, clean utensils and tools, and nice temp in the pedicure soak. They have a lot of color options for gel polish, which is a plus. I only went in once, and that was enough. I was having my SNS replaced and my technician was physically trying to rip off my old nails instead of using acetone to dissolve it. It was unbelievably painful and after several more incidents of my technician hurting me (hitting my hand with the drill, scratching me with his instruments) I finally asked him to please end the procedure and I left the salon with bare nails. I am still in shock by the incompetence of that technician.

My second time coming here. The first time was great! Second time..talk about agressive. Should have been a given when the man just threw the towel on my arm while getting the nail color. All my cuticles are sore and still have dried up blood under them. The man said I had bad hang nails and a few would bleed, more like 8 out of 10 did. Then he proceeded to also hit my skin multiple times with the filing tool. At this point I did tell him that hurts and he still continued to hit my skin. Took my 5 year old and her friends for a mani pedi. They had the best time and loved their nails. We will definitely be back.
