This is my 3rd loan I have closed with Chelsea, and I can't say enough about how smooth all of them have gone! Chelsea and her processor Aiden were able to expedite the loan so I could make a more solid offer on a multiple offer situation, which sealed the deal. The loan was actually clear to close even sooner. Total rockstars in communication and execution of my home loans!

I cannot recommend Beeline enough. They offered the most competitive rates I could find, but the real reason I will return (and encourage everyone else to use them) is because of my loan guide, Cristian. He consistently worked with my best interests in mind and was always reachable. As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but he made it an amazing experience. Website lies, get through the pre approval. Says 10% down, 6% interest on a statement loan. You get a phone call after. And they don't do anything under 20% down. & its around 9% interest. The rebuttal will be "everyone is different" but they didn't run my credit or statement income. Before we got into it, I asked what the bare minimum is right now.
