I sampled the apple bacon @ The Grand Food in Winnetka, IL this afternoon. Best bacon I have ever had. I talked 3 other people I know into buying it right on the spot. One will use to cover her turkey instead of basting it. The Beeler woman suggested putting half an apple in both openings to keep the turkey moist. Going to try it with bacon weave on top!
