Over a year living here and definitely have experienced all this place has to offer, none of it being great. Cockroaches, leaks, clogs, bad heat, bad plumbing, expensive broken laundry facilities, no hot water, old broken appliances, zero staff, awful noise, no help. I was overcharged for a legitimate support animal from the beginning, then argued about reducing it when my dog died, for which they required proof. Good apart with plentiful of space in between two apartments. Service is so quick also.
I lived in this community for almost 2 years, staying in a luxury 1BD apartment. It’s a great community with spacious rooms, kids friendly environment and maintenance was always prompt. However, I'm giving it one star less due to recurring hot water issues. I frequently had problems with the hot water, reported it many times, and while it was fixed, the issue would return every other week. On a positive note, I did receive my full security deposit back. What a great experience at Beekman Gardens. My mom just moved there and Mrs Jeffries is an awesome sweet person. She helped us through the whole process. Was very patient and walked up through everything. The process and move in was pleasant. If I could give a 10 i would. If you’re looking for a place go to Beekman Gardens. Definitely 5 stars
