My mother lives in best friend communities in Woodbridge and had no problem paying the full fair market value For her rent. My fiance and I called excitedly with interest in touring a unit. We are in the process of looking for our first apartment together, and thought Beekman sounded like a lovely place to rent and become our first home. My fiance called, and an old lady answered and laughed rudely on the phone when he told her we were planning to move in within the next year and a half.
