Do NOT RECOMMEND. Owner is very rude and selfish. They don’t come out and fix anything and add a fee for any little thing but takes months to come out and fix a maintenance request for $850 a month with $80 late fees and $10.50 for (renters insurance) definitely not worth it at all. The landlord has his picks and choose he’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you were thinking about moving here DON’T. It’s very dirty and nasty even on the outside they have sewer problems.
Beekers does not care about how your home is ...upon moving in...was promised fresh paint and new utilities...but that was NOT the case....had stains everywhere and some were non removable...there were spiders in the corners of the apartment....roof caving in and most sockets do not work. For $800 a month with $80 late fees and $10.50 for (renters insurance) definitely not worth it at all
Take YOUR OWN RISK WHEN TRYING TO RENT from these people everything was good at first when the old management was here back in 2020 since then things have changed they get new lease managers every year then they have the nerve to go up every year on rent when they absolutely take they’re time to fix things it takes at least a month or two to fix things in the apartment I had a water leak for a month straight kept telling to fix it it took them a month to fix it..AC went out it took a month for that I also had to take cold sh... read more
Slumlords at best they won't fix anyone's ac, roofs caving in multiple units, pieces of roof falling off, termites, no insulation meaning summertime power bill will be $200+ for a single person. The power goes out at least once a month for the entire complex and it last hours. Theres mold growing all over the balconies where the roof is falling off.
