This place just made me so upset….ive gone there a few times and was happy. I made another appointment today. I have a very limited schedule and only get a few days off a month. I took off today to get my haircut, and scheduled it with them through text message with Shelly who I have seen before. Street parking available. Staff is really kind. Since I got my bangs cut at the salon, I could get a complimentary bang trim in between my normal scheduled haircut.
I appreciated that the salon was able to squeeze me in for an urgent haircut—super helpful and accommodating. The location is great with reasonable parking options, and the ambience of the space is very warm and welcoming. They offer robes for clients, and the hair products they used made my hair feel and look great. They also provide tea and coffee, which is a nice touch.
