My wife, who had Alzheimer’s disease, spent the last 18 months of her life at the BeeHive in Duluth and I was very pleased with the care that she received. The facility is relatively new and is very well maintained. Both the public areas and the individual rooms are kept clean daily and the staff does laundry as needed. Beehive Homes in Duluth felt right when I walked in the door to tour for my parents and it continues to impress. Having one parent suffering a severe stroke 8 years ago and now the other parent with rapid onset of Dementia, the circumstances of a crisis quickly became a blessing. Beehive has the ability to do all the levels of assisted living care, memory care and end of life care without having both parents separated by locked wings or floors. This was extremely important.
