I have a small problem with my AC freezing up occasionally but they have been very responsive and professional. The owner, Scott, had fixed my old furnace for free while waiting for our Grant application to get approved.

Used this terrible company years ago. I never got around to leaving the bad review till now because I am having issues with my heat shutting off. I have had several other professionals come out- all tell me that the way the ductwork was installed is the least professional rush job they ever seen. The terrible ductwork job is the reason for the furnace shutting off. Truthfully, before knowing this I could have written a 2 page bad review for the terrible and unprofessional customer service. These people in Jackson are horrible. VERY unprofessional. I left a voicemail to get my air conditioning serviced. They never called back. These people did not even handle something as simple as returning a call. How smart is that??? To lose money. Not sure what barn they came from. But in my opinion, they are losers. I'm considering sending flyers to all the local people, and share my experience. Beehive is NOT RECOMMENDED.
