I had such a great experience at Beehive, to the point of driving from Hamilton to Oakville through rush hour traffic to come here. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed at how clean and bright everything was, and I’m someone very picky about the type of dental office I go to. Being a patient at Beehive dental now for 2 months and I have been completely wow'ed by the experience. Margaret at the desk I amazing checking insurance and explaining everything so proactively. Dr. Aly has created a truly amazing experience really with a goal of increasing patient care and an special emphasis on comfort. I have never had such thorough care from any dentist I have visited. recently visited this dental office and overall had a really positive experience. I came in dealing with some concerns and discomfort, but the staff were patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve been going to Beehive dental for over a year now and it’s such a great experience every time. Little touches like the rooms being prepped with your name on the tv, being able to watch your favourite show with noise cancelling headphones and not hearing any of the dental equipment is game changer for comfort! I used to dread having to go to the dentist but this place feels more like a spa or wellness clinic! It’s also furnished and decorated beautifully!
When your 12 year old has 3 teeth extracted and walks out of the office telling you to give them 5 stars, you give 5 stars. Took my 3 kids for the first time. The space is beautiful, all of the staff were wonderful. My kids thought it was a spa. And I was provided with so much information about the health of their teeth and more! The best part is, they have a dedicated staff member who will help make sense of your insurance and provide you with the best options so you don’t have to deal with the headache.
