In short, this place has saved me. I have spent my entire adult life afraid of seeking care because I have always been dismissed or ignored due to my weight. Rachel is the first provider I have been to who listened, didn't rush or dismiss me, sat next to me to show me her screen so we could go over the plan together, and helped me develop tangible goals that empowered me. My husband was a patient here for years and the only reason we left was because we moved farther away. Heidi did a phenomenal job at listening to his concerns and getting him help immediately. She always makes sure that any potential problems are taken care of and that her patients get what they really need. If you have the choice, I would highly recommend you go to this clinic. They actually care about their patients and do what they can to get the help you need.
She's knowledgable, friendly, accommodating for emergencies, and everything you would hope for from a professional.
This clinic is the BEST clinic I have ever gone to for primary care!! It is so good that I actually drive from another state to come here for my primary care! Here are some things I love about the clinic: 1. When I have a scheduled appointment there, I get right in when I arrive.
