I have been to The Beehive at least a dozen times while visiting Canandaigua. The food is awesome, the staff is very friendly, and they have a huge variety of beers on tap. I highly recommend this place!
Food was great! Love the atmosphere. Didn't have to wait for table. Very prompt service. Can't wait to go again.
Here at Beehive for first time. Arrived at 630pm, seated at 715pm, served food at 815pm and it was wrong. Asked manager to do something for waiting an hour for food and getting wrong poutine. She took poutine off bill and then took the dish of food right off out table as a punishment. Never been treated so horrible and I'm appalled. Will never recommend due to service. Again worse treatment as a paying customer in my life. Very sad....

So she took the abhorred item out of site and your mad? You already said it was wrong and you complained as such clearly indicating you didn't desire the item in front of you. If you arrived at 6:30 and could not be sat until 7:15 then it was clearly in the midst of busiest time of night. I'm sorry for your inconvenience and that you felt punished by the waitress taking away the food you complained about. It wasn't personal, just policy.
