Alot of Beef Jerky is to salty or too sweet or over flavored, this was some of the best flavored Jerky i have encountered, wasn't to hard nor to soft , has a medium build and not like some Jerky thats almost skin that to me has no substance.. Prices are high for what you get
$50 a pound. Let me say that again for the folks in the back who just clutched their wallets: Fifty. Dollars. A pound. For jerky. Not gold. Not Wagyu blessed by monks. Just dried meat with an ego problem. Now to be fair, they’ve got variety. Every animal that’s ever grazed a prairie, slithered through a swamp, or accidentally wandered into Florida seems to be represented here in shrink-wrapped form.
