One of the best vets I've taken my dog too. We have a 1.5 year old staffy x she's a big girl (28kgs) and a little nervous. The last vet I saw seemed scared of my dog and said they needed to put my dog under in order to look at her swollen ear which seemed crazy to me but my first time owning a big dog so thought maybe it was normal. I’m very upset about the waiting, been there for two times for my cat, every time you had to wait for like 20-30 minutes after the booked appointment time!! This is super ridiculous and I saw many ppl waiting there as well, if you guys don’t have the capacity to take this many ppl, the just remove the available spots in your appointment system!!! But the vets there are still good.
My dog got out of our yard and went missing. A kind member of the public found her and took her to Beecroft Vet (which was about 4km from where we live) and they checked on her health and found the details on the Microchip and contacted me. I went there as they were closing and in the best and most pleasant way, they handed over the dog and though I offered to pay for my dog’s care, they were so generous and refused. These people are excellent and clearly love animals. Thanks so much to you Beecroft Vets
