I’ve been coming to the clinic for a few years now, starting with chiro (Stefan is excellent), and most recently to see Samantha for acupuncture. I have had a ton of improvement through treatments with both Stefan and Samantha—they’re modalities compliment each other very well—one being musculoskeletal based (Stefan) and the other (Samantha) incorporating assessments and treatments based on Eastern knowledge practices (like TCM) that incorporate energetics as well as physiological symptoms. I’ve been seeing Sam for acupuncture for quite some time now, and the impact on my health has been significant. The headaches I used to struggle with are much less frequent and intense, and I feel more emotionally balanced overall. She listens and takes the time to understand what’s going on and she has a very calming, grounded energy that makes it a pleasure to see her every time! David Dellaire is by far one of the most knowledgeable and proficient Osteopaths I know. He knows an incredible amount about the body and is excellent at explaining what he is sensing and how this may relate to emotional causes. He listens well and I could tell he has a very intuitive sense of the body. I feel so great after our session and will definitely be going back.
