My apartment smelled like smoke, they said they cleaned it but there was paint chips and dirt all over the walls and floors. The balcony has some sort of sticky substance on half of it so I can’t even use it. The laundry machines didn’t work for the first 4 months and now they don’t work again. They charge you an extra $500 to terminate your lease. The stairs to the laundry room are not code and covered in sharp rusty metal. I could honestly go on and on. This place could be a nice complex but it is unsafe. Do not come here.
Building is falling apart, management company could care less about the termites eating the steps, broken down cars filling the parking lot thats crumbling away, entryway doors and main windows not in proper working order, no insulation so your electric bills are so high you might as well be paying more in rent for a nicer area/building.
I'm still living there but I would not send anyone NOW CITY PINK TAGGED IT CAUSE OWNER WONT FIX NOTHING ..I HAVE TRYED FOR THE 3 YRS .AND EVEN OFFERED HIM A GRANT THROUGH THE CITY IF HE TRYED TO MAKE SOME FIXES TO MINE BUT WOULD NOT.SO NOW HE PUT ALL OF US IN A SPOT.. NICE AREA IN SOUTH LANSING GOOD PRICE BAD ABOUT FIXING
I had a friend that live there the owner doesn't care about the tenants and he has bad bedbug problems and he won't take care of it and has other pests problems that he won't take care of I definitely do not recommend living I that place.
New management, easy to find and cheap. I loved the 4 years I lived there
