I have always used a Toyota service depatment for my 4Runner. I am speechless and very embarassed that I was taken advantage of. We hooked our trailer lights to the 4Runner and then the 4 runner wouldnt go in gear, we tok it to the dealer and they Replaced 20 or so parts in the shifter and \$900.00 later it was fixed. We got home with the fixed 4runner and hooked the trailer lights up again and the 4runner wouldnt go in gear again.......We replaced the \$1.68 fuse and TADA it was fine. Beechmont Toyota seems like a disorganized clutter of a place. The lot looks small when you first pull in but they know what theyre doing. I purchased my 03 Echo after visiting the website and I bought it the same day. After a no-hassle deal, I continually drove 75 miles to have the car serviced. Not only for the free oil changes I received but for the service. They have a no appointment needed policy for routine 3,000 - 5,000 mile check-ups and oil changes and the wait has consistently been shorter than the time they quote.... read more
