What an unpleasant and disrespectful experience from the service department at Beechmont VW. Let me preface by first saying that I live in Huron, Ohio and came and stayed in a hotel the night before the appointment and used a vacation day off work for this arrangement. Also, the week before the appointment day, Beechmont sent me 3 email reminders and one phonecall to confirm that I will be there .
