I have lived here for almost two years. Oscar the super is wonderful and very attentive. Work orders are completed within 48 hours and there is follow up and communication. Courtyard has and continues to be updated, new machines in laundry room were provided over the summer. Parking lots are large and there is ample off street parking as well. Very well lit outside with timers to provide security. Cons: +Dryers take longer to dry clothes. +Pet owners/neighbors aren't always courteous of cleaning up after their pets even afte... read more
No management! Very disorganized! There are 2 laundries one of them none of them machines works and the other one you have 3 washers and 3 driers for the whole condominium... the parking that supposedly you can only park if you have a sticker is a messy everybody parks whatever they want... regreat moving here with this long contract.
