Absolutely fantastic experience from the first call with my salesman, Tim Davis. If you are military or retired especially, Tim is who you want to work with! Rachel was wonderful. She was very patient and listened to our interest in price,kind of vehicle and how we would use it. She connected our phones for us and sat in the car and gave us a lot of information about the car. We are in our 80's and was very patient explaining all the technology. I am not sure where to start, however, the entire point of this review is to say buyer beware! I was just completely screwed over on a used car purchase from the salesman and had the car sold out from under me. I could not make it in yesterday and said I would be in today with Down payment and hand to sign the paperwork. He was off today and said to come in on Friday!
