A repair not being under warranty is one thing. Outright avoiding to do the repair, while piecing a less than 1 year old car back together poorly is another. Then to not supply the $0.10 part so i can fix the car myself is just taking the mickey. Please don't reply with your "GeT iN tOuCh wITh OuR sErViCe DePaRtMeNt". I did. They were useless.
The sales were very responsive and professional. The whole experience was very straightforward. Sam was excellent from initial enquiry to organising the test drive and through the negotiation process.
