The time he took to get me what I needed and explain every single feature was wonderful! He also personally brought the cart to my home and once again explain everything about the cart. He even made sure I liked the ride and took it a test drive with me! Excellent product and excellent customer service! Best on the biz!
Joe and his son Kyle were awesome! Kyle was so nice didn't try to pressure us or upsell anything. Showed us thier stock and answered our questions. Made everything so easy, and his dad Joe delivered to us the very next day. Joe showed me all the ins and out of the cart all it's bells and whistles drove me around our neighborhood and then let me drive it around with him and made sure I had it all down pat. I just can’t say enough good things about Beech Creek! Joe was extremely helpful, thorough and available throughout the entire process of purchasing and customizing a new cart for us. He has been in the business for 30+ years and is a wealth of information. He personally delivers all carts, and took his time to explain every detail in our driveway on a Saturday evening. Joe made buying our first cart a smooth process from start to finish, including help with financing, delivery, and advice on getting sorted with the BMV. When you call, the phone rings straight to him and he is very down-to-earth and helpful. We haven't had any problems with our cart, but it's reassuring to know they take care of their customers with warranty service in case anything comes up. If you're looking for a new cart, check them out- you won't be disappointed!
