My primary doctor gave me a referral for Beebe Women’s Health Georgetown a year ago. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since. When I call and finally reach a person, they say they will call back and never do, or put me back on hold for 20 minutes, then they just hang up. Since their customer/patient service is so terrible, I will no longer try to make an appointment here. There are really no stars given here, but I had to choose one star to post.
Front desk is kind but the provider i saw Stacey Kemp NP was terrible. I usually goto rehoboth and for my 35&36 week checkup i was seen at georgetown location. Both appointments were rushed and felt like she couldnt wait to get out the room. Today she entered the room and said all right lets get this appointment over with. As an RN myself I was so appalled by her bedside manner.
