yesterday the clinic was packed. They had an hour and a half wait but every single person was courteous happy more than willing to help. The entire system crashed & They were trying to use personal hotspots to get up and running but had to resort to Paper. They kept everybody informed. Let everybody know what services they would be able to do or not be able to do because of the technology Interruption. They were amazing
Check in, wait time, and time spent in the back was all under an hour. The staff is friendly and work efficiently. The place is always clean. This is my 3rd visit over the past few years, and I would highly recommend this place of care.
I visited Beebe walk-in center in Rehoboth yesterday. The operation is very efficient, the people working there are very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I was in and out in no time and feel very fortunate that this facility is so close to my home.
I commented at check out regarding the excellence about everything from the locale to the cleanliness, but most especially the speed of being seen, even without an appointment and the expertise of the staff and their warmth is very comforting. Susan Melchior
