I feel sorry for the people who had an unfortunate experience. I went here today and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I had proof of payment since I didn't have insurance. The nurse I had was the nicest nurse I've had since I had my daughter 15 years ago. Her name was Cathy and she is the most compassionate, caring nurse I've had in a long time. Doctor was also friendly. Listened to everything I had to say. Went in for my daughter very sick with fever, I had to request strep test. They told us it was negative. Got way worst next day took her to Atracare and positive for strep right away. They said if untreated any longer it could of been dangerous.
Came here with possible uti a week after having surgery, primary is closed due to the holiday and was met with nothing but nastiness. The receptionist was not helpful when I approached her about people going before me even though I checked in first. I had a full bladder waiting to provide a urine sample. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room I was finally taken back to sit and wait for an additional amount of time. New staff is needed for this place to ever thrive.
For a Healthcare organization that continually preaches about how they put patient's first, they sure do a good job of hiring rude and inconsiderate receptionists, understaffing walk-in during peak times, and generally creating an environment where you as the patient feel like a burden for daring to bother them with your medical concerns. If you haven't been frustrated in a while, come on in, it won't take long to fix that.
Receptionist should be replaced by a robot, it would be more friendly and more knowledgeable.
