Just took my father up to walk in in millsboro Delaware for flue symptoms. They didn't hardly do anything to help him. Just gave him something for a cough and didn't even test him for the flue. Yet I myself go there 2 days before that with the same symptoms and they tested me. I came up negative for the flue. But they treated me for the flue and gave me a antibiotic. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was seen for a double fracture in my ankle, given a boot, and sent home with minimal pain management. I was told a 'podiatrist' would call within 24 hours to a week. After three days of agony, I went to an ER in a different health system. The surgical team there was appalled by my treatment; I was told the boot actually worsened my injury and I now require surgery to repair the damage. Visited Beebe walk-in clinic for ear wax removal that was creating constant and annoying hearing aid feedback. Check-in process was easy. I was taken right in and initially seen by NP Caitlin Crotty. The actual wax removal process was expertly done by Ada Hepburn who, like NP Crotty was efficient, very pleasant, and good at what she does. All in all a great experience all the way around b/c of these two professionals! Thank you!
