For some reason; Beebe does not think this location performs EKG's... they do! The staff at the front desk was very helpful and well awaare. The EKG technician was pleasant and professional.
I tried calling BeBee Primary care today I was going to make appointments for two new patients myself included. My call was transferred to EPICS ticketing system and the wait was really awful. I waited for over five minutes and still holding. I called again thinking the system is not working. Same thing. I tried to call office directly but still ended up with EPICS system. I gave up. This is not good experience especially as a new patient. I read reviews and they are really great! Maybe I will try again tomorrow or keep look... read more
