Well I’ve had good experiences up until today when Deldot decided to do roadwork during the worst time of the year. We literally stay 10 minutes away and it made us 15 minutes late when we should’ve been early. I tried calling the office prior to arriving to make them aware, and as usual no one answered. Then when we arrived, we were told we have to reschedule now despite our efforts to give them a heads up. Staff very helpful. Very nice exam rooms and waiting area.
The worst. But they are nice!!! Ex. Got shingles shot, supposed to come back in in 2-6 months for second shot. No one ever said anything. Go back apro 11 months later for a rash when I see a shingles poster stating two part shot and instead of giving it to me while I was there they made me schedule again and to add insult to injury they charged another co-pay. My visit was with Heather Eremita APRN. I have never encountered a person in the health care profession or anywhere else for that matter as rude as she in my entire life. She appeared aggravated the moment she entered the room. Introducing herself as she walked to her computer with her back to me, and it only got worse from there.
