I had a really positive experience with this provider as a new patient. Charlene Larrimore was very kind and genuinely took the time to get to know me. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all, and she carefully reviewed my medical records and history, which made me feel heard and taken seriously. Even though the office was short-staffed that day, she still made sure everything was handled thoroughly and even administered my flu shot herself.
