Loved doctor Ryan- wait time was almost an hour to check in at the counter.
Nothing wrong with the visit but later that evening I received an email that my Patient Portal had been deleted. I hadn’t requested that action, so I called my usual family practice as directed in the email. Then I had to call the IT Department and leave a message. They said they’d call back within 2 business days. Pretty inconvenient.
