Second time in this location. I'm normally a patient of TidalHealth but my mom has been a long term Beebe patient. Brought her here for simple labs and I must say take "express" off the name in total. First time here the student phlebotomist went on a fishing expedition ro locate the vein and needed to hand off the task to an experienced tech, leaving my mom severely bruised. I was here today for a bone density scan. I have been to this location before and experienced a pleasant and professional visit. Not today. The woman who performed my scan spent the entire time bragging about her "excellence" and her "work ethic". Her performance was neither excellent or ethical. As I was lying flat on the table she suddenly grabbed both my legs to position them for the scan. The sudden movement caused me undue discomfort as I have chronic pain in both of my legs and hip. Had lab work & imaging done at this facility for the first time. Everyone was friendly, professional & were especially quick & efficient. A+
Been going here over 2 years for my PCP and the lab. Pretty good place over all no complaints.
