I went in for an ultrasound of my lower back. The person that did the ultrasound didn't know where supposedly she had to look and said she would go ask the doctor and bring him in. She came back without saying anything about what the doctor said and of course she didn't bring him in. She told me she could not see anything in the ultrasound. I ended up paying almost $300 for that because she did the ultrasound in the wrong area. Clearly she wasn't experienced or trained properly because this should never have happened. Inefficiency at its peak. You register online to be told you get in line to register again and sit for 45 minutes to be registered a THIRD time Nightmare of epic proportions and the worst service imaginable. The tech was ready 15 minutes before the one registration person could do anything. Absolute horror story when you don't feel well to wait endlessly just to register when you already registered online.....
