11/9/2025 Attention Nory Davis: My husband had home health care from Beebe after discharge from Beebe Hospital on10/4/2025. He was very ill and was inpatient for 7 days. He had skilled nursing for one day and PT and OT for a few weeks. The team that was assigned to us was exceptional. Matt was in charge of PT with Bruce as an assistant, who was also very skilled and kind. Both were great. They were very compassionate. Matt was an exceptional provider and supervisor. Communication is awful! They told me that I did not need to have a nurse or PT visit weekly and I should call if I needed an appt. PT was to wait until my drains were removed before I could start. Instead they discharged me without letting me know that what they told me was incorrect. They are unhelpful.
