Friendly, honesty, quality. Sam the owner is very friendly and honest person, the mechanics are skillful and straight-forward with you too. I took my car there after a recommendation by a friend of mine. The mechanic took a look at my car and then told me that my car is all set and all I was charged for was $180 for a full tune-up including a gas cap replacemen, while I was told by a previous auto repair shop mechanic, that my car's head gasket was gone and he wanted to charge me $1400 ! Real Good I've been going here for since I moved to Quincy in '97, the owner, Sam, is a really good man everybody loves him because hes honest and straightforward, and the mechanics have been keeping my honda accord on the road for great prices. highly skilled mechanic i think named costy wears glasses. 5 Star, and all my local buddies agree
Rip off BAD SERVICE, RIP OFF. This place ripped me off, serious Consumer Protection Chapter 93A violations. I took my car there twice in a matter of 4 days and paid over $600 dollars. Still did not fix the problem and had to take the car to another dealer. Plan to sue in small claims court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR here.
