Really happy with Phil identifying the cause of a small hole in the ceiling of a property I had just bought, which even the pre purchase building inspector was not able to determine the cause of (it was a drill hole for a cable apparently, and not a leak, what a relief!). Also, I was happy with the other small jobs he completed on the day. Phil was on time, helpful with information, completed tasks quickly, took his shoes off, and was very reasonably priced.
