I called in mid October to schedule an appt with this office at my son's Pediatrician's recommendation. I tried three times to get through and nobody ever answered. I left a message requesting a returned call and never heard from anyone. I decided to hold off scheduling until some of his new bloodwork came back. All I can say is that I am glad I advocated for my child and found Dr. Araiza. She has always been on board with our medical plan and have always shown support even when it seemed that we were defeated. Going on 3 years that we have been with her.

My son has been seeing Dr. Araiza for 8 years. She is wonderful! She has always been very kind and thorough. She takes her time during appointments and answers all of my questions. Her treatment is making a huge difference in my son's life and I am forever grateful! The office staff is very professional and asks for the paperwork and payment that they require. I highly recommend this office!

I have never experienced such disrespectful, passive aggressive behavior, condescending attitudes at any doctors office in my lifetime like I experienced today. My son appointment was scheduled for 3pm. We arrived at 2:40pm. We were referred here by his pediatrician. I would have never came to see a disgrace of a doctor Virginia Cortes Araiza.
