We love the clinicians at BeeWell!
despite employing some truly wonderful therapists/ providers, Bee Well leadership does not prioritize their clients’ well-being. Sasha the owner unfairly withheld care from me, and Ashley her assistant/ front-desk person is passive aggressive with clients and shames them.
Their actual support team is great, the psychiatrist I saw there was fantastic. That being said, the owners assistant Ashley, who is the only point of contact, is actively detrimental to their patients care. If you can’t make an in person meeting but are available virtually, they won’t allow you to switch for that visit and then charge a cancellation fee. Will charge patients for “failing to uphold their responsibilities” for cancellation without 24 hour notice Will call patients and force a reschedule less than 24 hours before an appointment scheduled almost a month prior. Offer dates weeks past origins scheduled date. Give phone numbers to contact therapist one on one in times of need or to change appointments/do virtual appointments.
