Wonderful learning experience! Luis arrived 2 hours after I called about bees in my backyard tree. He let me videotape/photograph the process, and he explained everything he was doing. He even held the queen bee up close for me to look at and to touch! He explained how these bees would be nurtured and then put to work within a year. I felt really good about calling him to take care of the bees, and his fee was no more than it would have cost a professional exterminator. ABSOLTE DISASTER!!! i called in regards to bee removal after my son, nephew and pets were attached by bees. Frank said could be done ASAP as soon as a guy was done with a job. we agreed to pay $250.00 for this service and a hour and a half later he reluctantly answered my calls and said he was going to "check on the guy". two hours later he refused to answer my calls for status and sent me to voicemail. within this time period i could have contacted another service provider to exterminate these bees rather than relocate them... read more
