It was my first time here today 5/5 @ 2:30. The staff person who waxed me was very friendly. But, she left a ton of wax on me and missed several spots on my backside and inner thigh that i didnt see until i got home with a mirror. Nothing like running errands with wax in your butt crack. I would come back and request someone different.
Jayme is my girl!!! I love how thorough and easy to talk to she is. I’ve been going to her for years and I don’t think I can go anywhere else but with her.
When I called to schedule I spoke to Zoe. She is amazing. When i went in for a face wax I was not impressed. Front desk person had limited customer service skills. She did not even greet me to busy talking to another coworker. Then when she finally acknowledged me. Do you have an appointment? Yes. Scan the bar code. Bee Smooth is the place to go for any waxing needs! Kat is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed in her space, highly recommend to all!
