Five stars aren’t enough for Jorge at Bee Safe Storage in Round Rock. Jorge was phenomenal and always a step ahead. He had our truck rental paperwork printed and ready, pre-cut the impossible lock packaging so we wouldn’t need scissors, and even swept up chili flakes in the elevator so we didn’t have to deal with the mess while moving. He remembered us every time and treated everyone like a neighbor in a small town. That kind of care is unheard of in metro areas. Jorge in the office was beyond good service. He was able to provide a great service, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. The locations are n very good condition and clean.
