Melissa has been absolutely amazing!! We have rented here for years and the place is always spotless and well taken care of! If you need storage- I highly recommend Bee Safe in Kernersville!
In April we had to suddenly evacuate our entire family with zero support from our apartment complex based on a maintenance issue they left for years, and besafe has been amazing with the entire process. We are so thankful we found them on the first look and each time we called or went in the customer service has been great.

Justin is an amazing help here, extremely personable and helpful. From reserving my unit to closing my unit Justin was the only employee I interacted with. Class act
I have had a unit here for about 5 years. I started out paying $125 and now it has been raised to $369. This is ridiculous. I am not sure why they feel the need to raise your rent every year but it is ridiculous and serves no purpose except greed in my opinion. So initially they are wonderful but after being there for so long you are paying a ridiculous amount of money for storage. We will be looking for another place.
