I was having a great experience with this company, however I went to go pay my bill through the app and they bumped up my rate by about $40 without informing me. I called they said they sent an email, I haven’t received an email from the company since I got my intial information about the unit. When I called the manager she said after so long they increase rates but I was never made aware of this during the process of getting my unit.
