Super Hot friendly staff clean. Just too hot and the price increase was absurd and quick.
Bee Safe bills show up as CubeSmart in emails and are REALLY confusing as they do not show the BeeSafe name unless you open the PDF. They need email under their DBA name not another company and look like spam. They will not reverse late fees from their deceptive payment requests.

I am so impressed with the customer service extended by Jorge, the manager at the Round Rock location. He went over and above to assist me and get me exactly what I needed. He was filling in for another manager at another facility, and took the time to explore all options by calling the other sister properties to make sure I got the best price and location.
