Today a gentleman by the name of Jordan Miller assisted my friend with a storage unit. My God! He was very professional ,incredibly informative,and so well mannered! He was very helpful and polite. Absolutely do not store your wines here. The conditions at this facility are simply not appropriate for serious long-term wine storage. The temperature was often noticeably warm, and their advertised 55–65°F range is far too broad and unstable for properly storing valuable wine. After becoming concerned, I purchased my own thermostat/hygrometer to monitor the conditions. It recorded 63°F with only 49% humidity.
