I had an excellent experience at this Bee Safe storage. There machine didn’t work with my Apple Pay and I ended up making a payment three times. Two of the payments were refunded promptly after I brought it to their attention.
Jordan and Michael were great they answered all my questions and move in was seamless!
Carts are broken. The handles come out of the holders & that needs to be addressed. Hallway corners are way too small. Having to maneuver with 50+ lbs of stuff is hard and lifting the front end to move it around the corners is ridiculous. Guys up front were very helpful and courteous! Climate was nice and cold! Unit was clean and ready for me to use! Price is awesome for a 10x10 unit!
Michael at the front desk was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting me a unit and a truck promptly during a pretty tough transitional period in my life
