Our house in Western NC was severely damaged in Hurricane Helene in 2024. We stored some of our belongings in this clean, temperature controlled space in Asheville. Fortunately, we were able to move back into our house just before the July 4th Holiday. Our items were in great condition. The employees were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The company was very easy to deal with. I hope we never have to do this again, but If so, we would use Bee Safe storage again. I highly recommend them.
I have had an exceptional experience at Bee Safe Storage. I recently moved across the country and they made the process of securing a storage unit fast and easy. The facilities are clean, secure, and well managed. I also have to give a special shout out to Katie, who was kind enough to help me transfer units due to space limitations. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough!
