No you don't. I reached out many times and you're just making it harder for me to get my ****. Instead all I've gotten so far is condescending responses from a manager who thinks all your customers need to be treated like infants when spoken to and seemingly shock when this obviously leads to irritation. I literally just want to stop having this stupid unit and never use bee safe again and I cant even ******* do that.

Several questionable practices have come to light since I leased my storage unit from Bee Safe Storage. When I initially got the storage units, during the paperwork process, I was told I needed to use their insurance. That did not make sense, so I asked for clarification, which they told me was not optional. Once I signed the contract and was at home in fine print it said that I could use my home insurance. Looking into this account, the customer rented two ********************** spaces in January and did not have proof of insurance at the time of rental. Per our policy, proof of insurance is required to complete a rental. In the absence of that, customers may elect to use our insurance coverage while we await proof of coverage.The customer later provided proof of insurance.
