Several questionable practices have come to light since I leased my storage unit from Bee Safe Storage. When I initially got the storage units, during the paperwork process, I was told I needed to use their insurance. Looking into this account, the customer rented two ********************** spaces in January and did not have proof of insurance at the time of rental. Per our policy, proof of insurance is required to complete a rental. In the absence of that, customers may elect to use our insurance coverage while we await proof of coverage.The customer later provided proof of insurance.
