Rats were getting into our shed, and Mark came out to help. He inspected everything carefully and showed me where the rats were entering. Mark sealed those areas quickly and set up traps. He worked fast but explained every step clearly. The results were noticeable almost right away. Within a few days, the rats were gone completely. Mark’s professionalism and speed were excellent.
Everyone we have interacted with both on the phone, over text, and in person has been kind, knowledgeable, and understanding, shouts out to Stiven and Jhon, especially! We will keep using them as long as we are here and would recommend them to any friend or neighbor looking to solve a pest problem or just get regular preventative pest services for their home.
