Was under the impression the entire wooden window would have to be replaced but instead the 1/2” wooden trim was flawlessly removed and new glass was inserted. Trim was even inverted when replacing should it be experiencing the beginning of rotting. Job for entire house cost less that I had imagined. Company also safety conscious using scaffolds not ladders. Whole process was over in 1.5 days. Glass used was triple with a bit of mirroring effect to it.

They Are Very Professional, Took Their Time With The Installation Of The Windows. They Did The Flashing Around The Windows, They Were Meticulous With Everything. They Left The Trim On The Inside Of The House Windows, Popped The Old Windows From The Outside Of The House, And Popped The New Windows In. Cost Was About $2000.00 Cheaper With A Better Warranty Than Other Window Companies in Thunder Bay. I Would Recommend This Window Company To Anyone.
