I was charged $1221.01 for services at this office. They only submitted a bill to my insurance for $412.00. I called insurance and they asked me to call their office and have bill resubmitted. This was way back in September. They never did it. Insurance wanted to see all charges but this office won't resubmit bill. Even if there are charges that insurance won't cover they should submit same bill to them that they gave me. Bad billing practices.

I just can't say enough good things about Bee Ridge Vision Center. Donna and Kathy are so friendly and great to work with. They made my last pair of glasses that are still great. Last week I went in to get a pair of glasses for use with my computer and Donna knew exactly the look I was going for. Within minutes I had the perfect frames and today I'm working in style! Thanks again!
