Start to finish, a fantastic experience! Bee set the price, which we thought was a little high, but, apparently she knows a bit more than we do! Two cash offers within 5 days of listing. We closed at 97% of our list price. The team at Bee's Realty was on top of things the entire time. They were always available for our questions and responses were pretty much immediate.
