A really great experience in service and quality! Boxes were printed to an excellent standard, with beautiful soft-touch laminate finish. Ron was very responsive and treated my deadline with importance, and made sure it was delivered on time.

Absolutely recommend! The boxes are very beautiful for our candles. Ron has been amazing in getting me the best deal, working patiently with me regarding appropriate design adjustment to give me the best. I'm very happy and i can't wait for our customers to receive their products in these boxes. I'll definitely reuse this company in the future!

AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The boxes we ordered were horribly printed (text/images not aligned, random lines/colours not present on our design, but worst whole images were missing even though the proof was fine) and super low quality - they don't close preoperly and are all bent. Some even arrived ripped/stuck together already and were totally unusable. UPDATE: The company contacted me asking me to remove my review which is very unprofessional. I said I would redo my review if I got the compensation I asked for, so they promised me a refund. After I removed the bas review they said it would take 10-12 days for the refund. I contacted after a week for an update and was told I couldn’t receive a refund because they already spent too much money making the boxes. How is that my fault? Do they think i’m made of money and can spend another thousands of pounds on another order?!! ... read more
