I purchased a lash lift and tint/brow lamination kit from this company on May 13. It was almost $400.00. I received a thank you email with a link to download the instructional video. I was unable to download the video as the decompression failed. I have emailed, sent messages and even posted in there Facebook group with no response. No response for over two weeks (not even an email) is bad business practices in my opinion. I am a small business owner and that would not happen at my business.
