The customer service is exceptional , very clean and professional. T.O does an amazing job.
I went to have a pedicure and selected the # 4 priced at 40$ And got gel polish. I was charged $60 when my girlfriend was charged only $35 and also had gel polish. She had done the 27$ pedi. I was told that my gel polish cost an extra 15$ but she was charged only 8$ extra. We tried to figure out the math but there was no explanation and their price board did not match either. They tossed a 5$ bill on the counter and walked away. super bummed. On a positive note my toes look great.
They did pretty good but my friends looks bad and the tore her cuticles and did nothing about it
